1. Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sells products by implementing sales plans; coordinating and implementing sales strategies.

Job Duties:

  • 1. Marketing and Sales strategy of the projects.
  • 2. Preparation of Product design and positioning strategy in the market.
  • 3. Generation of leads for selling the company products such as villas, apartments, etc.
  • 4. Arranging site visits to the prospective clients, showcasing the villas at the site, for the prospective clients.
  • 5. Conducting road shows, participating in the property exhibitions, visiting prospective group of investors, for generation of leads.
  • 6. Active interaction with project management and sales teams for final closure of sale
  • 7. Registration of the property, collection of receivables, sending progress reports to the clients, etc.
  • 8. Active client interaction, updating the villa progress to the clients on monthly basis by co-ordinating with site manager, clarification of queries from the customers.
  • 9. Generation of monthly receivable bills /maintenance bills based on the progress of the work and sending them to the clients
