1. Who has approved this project?

The project is approved by District Collector, Raigarh (at Alibaug) after the town plan approved by Distrcit Town Planning Officer, Raigarh.

Peth Fort, Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga temple, Matheran Hill Station, Kadav Ganapathy temple, etc.


3. What is the nearest market place?

Kashele village has requisite primary articles such as groceries, basic needs, and equipped with a government primary care hospital with doctor and nurse available round the clock. The nearest large corporate hospital is at 30 km away at Rasayani (Dhirubhai ambani hospital) on Mumbai-Pune Highway.

15. What Is The Registration Fee And Stamp Duty Involved?

A stamp duty of 4% and registration charges of 1% or 30,000 whichever is lower, payable to state government and Rs. 30,000 towards legal and administration charges.


16.Is the Villa vastu compliant?

We are locating the villa such a way that the Main door / Main entry gate, Master Bed Room and Kitchen are in the directions as prescribed by vastu principles and also the Deck area is open to either Mountain side or River viewing.


17.What is the registration process and how the land is transferred to the buyer?

Tattva will execute an Agreement for Sale with the Buyer in which the land area and builtup villa rights to use, possession is transferred. A society will be formed after sale of all the villas, viz., in another 2 years and all the plots including the roads, open areas, party area, gardens, street lights, amenities and Club house are transferred to the society. The society’s name will be replaced in all the property cards and all the villa owners will become members of the society. We are giving it in writing while the Agreement for Sale is executed that the society will be formed.
