  • STRUCTURE:  Framed structure will be of RCC columns, beams & slabs or load bearing as the case may be.  External walls of 20 cms thickness of bricks/laterite/block masonry. Internal walls of 10 to 12 cms thick brick masonry. Sloping/flat roof slabs.
  • DOORFRAMES and FITTINGS: All main doors of teak/processed wood. All door and window fittings are of brass/aluminium/alloy. The bathroom frame is of marble/granites. The windows are with aluminium frame and glass shutter.
  • FLOORING: All the flooring tiles in Living, Dining, Bedrooms, other rooms of Vitrified tiles. The kitchen Dado, Bath room Dado tiles will be of ceramic tiles.
  • BATHROOM FITTINGS: Wall tiles up to door height. Concealed PVC/G.I. plumbing.  All toilets to have western flush toilet, washbasin, faucets, shower and a bathtub will be provided instead of shower in the master bathroom only at an extra cost on demand.  All external sewage lines of PVC /SWR pipes.
  • KITCHEN: Granite platform and stainless steel sink with single drain board. The wall immediately above the platform will be covered with tiles up to 24" height.
  • ELECTRICALS: Concealed copper wiring with switches conforming to ISI specifications. Government power supply with provision for UPS.
  • PAINTING: Internal walls in OBD/Plastic emulsion and External walls in cement based paints/specialized chemicals.
  • RAILING: Railing in mild steel, coated with oil paint will be provided on the staircase. The purchaser has an option to choose for railings made in stainless steel at an additional cost.
  • WATER SUPPLY: Water will be supplied through sump and overhead tank by Government water supply system or an alternate system provided by the developer.
  • COMMUNITY SEWAGE: A system of septic tanks and soak pits has been incorporated.
  • CAR PARKING: The Car parking area for parking one car from the main gate will be prepared with PCC and with shabad / tiles.
  • COMPOUND WALL:  A Compound wall of 4 feet height with masonry wall configuration will be constructed.
  • MAIN GATE: Architect prescribed main gate in Mild Steel will be made and painted with oil / enamel painting.
